For the last few weeks, our service has seemed to barely crawl, like dial up speed. Here is an example of what I am talking about.
I don’t know about you, but when I see these numbers and consider what I am pay for numbers that should be like 10 times higher, I get steamed.
Called and had a tech come out on Monday. They think the modem or connection to the house is acting up. Sure enough, bad modem… baaaaad bad modem. After the tech swapped out the modem and rebooted things, this is what we saw:
Now that is what I am talking about.
